Modular Design. Each Vertical Frame supports 5 motor / brake assemblies. Expansion easily accomplished by adding 1 or more vertical frame assemblies.In this view, 5 Hysterisis Brakes w/ belt tensioners, inertial dampeners and drive pullies. Easy Calibration. Each Motor / Brake / Tensioner assembly simulates a printer functions. Motor Torque, accelerations, speed, travel, inertia, drag, and lateral tension are achieved via fixture design and calibrations. ![]() Networking, Programming and Data colletion Each drive cycles produces motor diagnostics data, which is collected, downloaded into my network folder. My Excel spreadsheet excutes a macro that crunches the motor diagnostics and produces a performance spreadsheet.(see sidebar for spreadsheet) |
